Job Description
Responsibilities - Sourcing Executive
Identify, source, and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors. Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality. Conduct supplier assessments and maintain supplier databases. Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers. Coordinate with internal departments to understand sourcing requirements. Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities. Ensure timely procurement of materials, products, and services. Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality and delivery concerns. Maintain accurate sourcing records, documentation, and reports. Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
