Talulla is seeking its next Sous Chef. We are ideally looking for someone that can step into the Chef de Cuisine role after learning the rhythm of the restaurant. Talulla is a three time James Beard nominated restaurant that makes everything from scratch. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate would have several years of experience in high end kitchens, be organized, is familiar with classic and modern techniques, is well rounded and is willing to learn. A formal education is not a requirement but is a plus. This is a full time position.
