We are looking to add a skilled, experienced sous chef to our Constellation Culinary Group team in New York, NY As a sous chef with CCG, you will have the opportunity to teach others about your craft as you assist the Executive Chef in managing the BOH operation in a professional dining setting. This is a Monday - Friday opportunity.
What you'll be doing:
Develop menus in accordance with consumer tastes, nutritional needs, ease of preparation and established procedures and budgetary constraints; participate in other menu planning activities to include the determination of purchasing specifications, product and recipe testing and menu development.
