Key Responsibilities:

  • Fill in for the Chef in planning and directingfood preparation when necessary
  • Help in menu planning activities, recipe testingand menu development
  • Organize, assign and actively participate in thepreparation of all dishes, coordinate daily tasks and supervise all kitchenemployees
  • Assist in the training and motivate the kitchenteam to assure excellent results
