Summary
We are looking a Full Time Spa Assistant at Centrepoint Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya. Our client is a spa client, with the expertise of Sauna and Infrared Treatment. There's no massage or beauty treatments available, as the company believes on mindfulness and inner beauty is a priority.
Job Scopes
As a Spa Assistant, you have to assist the customers with their treatments procedures.
Consulting new customers with treatments based on their goals (detox, relaxation or weight loss) and brief them about the treatments before assisting them.
Make sure the outlet is clean before and after treatments to ensure customer's satisfaction.
Promote or do sales for the treatments or any post-treatment products.
Talk professionally with the customers to ensure customers' happiness.
Requirements:
Able to communicate with customers in English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently.
