Job Description
Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Hire, train, and manage spa staff, including nail technicians.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and promptly resolving any issues.
* Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
* Manage the spa supplies, products, and equipment inventory, maintain adequate stock levels, and order new supplies as necessary.
* Regularly evaluate service quality and client satisfaction and make necessary adjustments.
* Create efficient work schedules for staff and ensure enough staff members are available to meet customer demand.
