Special Needs TA | Term-Time Support & Growth Path

Dorset Council is looking for two Teaching Assistants to join the Compass Learning Centre in Weymouth. The role involves providing support to students in Key Stage 3 and 4, ranging from 32 to 35 hours per week, during term time. The salary scale is between £20,909 and £22,275 PA, depending on experience, with opportunities for progression.

Candidates should have at least 5 GCSEs including English and Maths, and ideally experience with young people having complex needs. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys working in education.
