Special Needs Teaching Assistant — Permanent Role & Growth

A leading educational organization in Lingfield is seeking a dedicated special needs teaching assistant to join their team starting September 2025. This permanent role involves supporting SEN learners on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, with responsibilities including communication with parents about student progress. Ideal candidates will have GCSEs in Maths and English, and while direct SEN experience is not essential, flexibility and resilience are highly valued. Team training will be provided.
