About the Role

• Support pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, SEMH, PMLD, MLD and complex needs.
• Work closely with class teachers, therapists and school leaders to create positive, inclusive learning environments.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to help students access learning and develop confidence.
• Use creativity, patience and resilience to help pupils thrive academically and emotionally.
