REIIF Overview:
Forum Real Estate Income and Impact Fund (REIIF), Forum's flagship private REIT, is a sector-leading Fund investing in institutional‑quality purpose‑built student housing, as well as multi‑family rentals and furnished apartments, in supply‑constrained markets across Canada.
