Overview of the Role
WestJet is seeking a Procurement Specialist. Reporting to the Director - Procurement Process & Strategy, the Procurement Specialist is responsible for driving continuous improvement across WestJet’s procurement, contracting, and supply chain processes. This role applies Lean methodologies, process mapping, and system optimization to enhance efficiency, transparency, and value delivery. The Specialist partners cross-functionally to identify gaps, standardize procedures, and implement scalable solutions. They also support the evolution of procurement systems and develop a forward‑looking capability roadmap.
