Responsibilities

• Develop a work breakdown structure (WBS) for Meadowbank closure and reclamation.
• Establish, standardize, and maintain coding structures aligned across WBS, document control, budget, and accounting systems.
• Develop and standardize progress measurement units linked to the WBS.
• Define and track earned value and progress measurement methods appropriate for reclamation activities.
• Update cost structures based on the WBS and existing budgets and cost estimates.
• Develop and update the cost estimation process for Asset Retirement Obligation (ARO) updates.
• Develop and implement a structure and process to track cost and physical progress.
• Develop and implement a process for Estimate at Completion (EAC) updates and budget forecasts.
