The school supports pupils with a variety of needs, including Autism, SEMH and moderate learning difficulties, helping them achieve both educational and personal goals.

Main Responsibilities:

• Delivering one-to-one and small group support
• Assisting pupils with classroom activities
• Encouraging emotional regulation and self-confidence
• Supporting positive behaviour management approaches
• Working closely with teachers and specialist staff
