Splunk Developer

--Bachelor’sDegree required from an accredited university.

--Minimumof two (2) years of experience in Splunk.

--Workexperience in developing or administering an enterprise-level implementation ofSplunk.

--Proficientin Splunk query language.

--Proficientin scripting languages (Python, and/or others).

--Carryexperience in developing custom Splunk search head applications.

--Strongknowledge working with the Splunk Common Information Model.

--Comprehendand understand when a problem arises and assist in developing potentialcorrective actions.

--SplunkCertification is a plus.

--AnsibleChef/Puppet Automation playbooks is a plus.

--Complete onboardingdata sources through various methods (UF, HF, Syslog, Splunk TA, HEC, FTP(S),CSV, DB Connect, Cloud/SaaS

--Skillful at parsingfields from unstructured logs (without the needs of Splunk Apps).
