Job Description
Join the Township of Springwater as a full-time Asset Management Coordinator. Lead the development of asset management practices to enhance municipal infrastructure and financial planning.
This temporary position requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders under the supervision of the Manager of Capital Infrastructure Delivery. You will maintain the centralized asset register, manage asset condition assessments, and streamline asset management processes to prioritize infrastructural investments and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the asset management program
• Ensure accuracy of asset data and registers
• Manage RFTs/RFPs for asset assessments
• Provide data analytics and reporting across departments
• Support Finance with long-term asset planning
Requirements:
• Diploma in civil engineering technology or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of asset management experience
• Proficient in software such as GIS and MS ...
