Sputter Process Engineer — Optimize Coatings & Performance

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sputter Process Engineer to oversee production processes and ensure optimal performance of sputtering machines.

Responsibilities include optimizing sputtering parameters, working collaboratively across departments, and analyzing process data to enhance output. Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Material Science/Chemistry and relevant manufacturing experience.

The position is based in the West (Tuas) area with a compensation package up to $4,000 plus bonuses.
