Job Description
Objective
Lead the supplier development projects and continuous improvement to meet the industry, customer and Nemak requirement. Identify shortfalls or opportunities for supplier improvement, as well as provide better communication between Nemak plant and suppliers. The job holder shall replace Otto Xiang will decide to leave company.
Main Responsibilities
Deal with the customer complain and warranty issues in time, focus on customer satisfaction.
