WeTransact Account Manager
WeTransact is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team.
Our Mission
- Own the account after go‑live: You will be the customer’s main point of contact once they are live and transactable, and you will be accountable for their revenue growth on the marketplace.
- Advise on the right path: You assess where each ISV is and recommend the program or plan that moves them forward, from IP Co‑sell eligibility to Certified Software status to new channels.
- Drive adoption into revenue: You implement the work that converts a live listing into transactions: CRM integration, Crossbeam setup, sales comp parity, and Microsoft incentives.
- Challenge the customer: When results aren’t there, you challenge their structure and bring them a revised plan rather than a status update.
