Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain MS Exchange versions (2013/2016/2019) and on-premise infrastructure, including backup and restore procedures, mailbox management, and public folder replication.Provide advanced support for Exchange Online services, including hybrid configurations, mail flow troubleshooting, and message tracking.Configure and troubleshoot remote email access using Outlook and OWA.Manage and maintain anti-SPAM products and Enterprise Vault Servers.Architect, design, and implement solutions using Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Security & Compliance.Handle Tier 3 operations and assist Tier 1 and 2 teams with complex issues.Troubleshoot advanced Office 365 issues using tools like PowerShell and diagnostic tools while adhering to SLA timelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identif...
