Sr Analyst II Software Engineering-2

Act as a key support resource for BAU operations for the SMART400 and LIFE400 applications.

Monitor and manage daily batch processing , ensuring timely execution and resolution of any batch failures or processing issues .

Investigate and resolve application incidents, defects, and operational issues , coordinating with infrastructure and technical teams where required.

Perform impact analysis and troubleshooting for application-related issues, including data discrepancies and process failures.

Support production stability and availability of SMART400 and LIFE400 systems.

Classify and manage incidents as bug, user error, configuration issue, or enhancement , and coordinate resolution accordingly.
