Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Android Developer to join a large CPG company. This role will be joining the Commercial IT team and will be working on a sales technology application specifically on the native mobile app. This application allows companies to place orders, track how trucks get to and from stores and be a centralized capability for managing communication and information down to the front line. This developer will work to design, build, and enhance native Android applications that perform reliably in offline / low‑connectivity environments. This role will work and partner collaboratively with other mobile developer’s product owners, UI/UX Designer, backend developers and architects, and QE to deliver high‑quality releases. A large part of the mobile app is implemented but it’s not fully certified and production ready yet. Features are about 80% done but has numerous bugs and additional features to be implemented.
