Sr. Associate I, Business Technology Partner(Pmo)

Summary of Position:Key Responsibilities:- Support preparation of Strategy plan, Milestones for MTO budgets and direct technology investment based on long-term horizon.
- Support preparation of business case for Strategic initiatives & Continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create effective communications and presentations to present to executive leadership on technology initiatives, strategies, success stories, performance metrics and internal controls.
- Support PMO function with planning, reporting, communication; develop policies, standards and procedures.Advise senior management on status of portfolio/program.
- Support global communication of success stories, organization objectives, quarterly global townhalls.
- Support organization reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses, and to evaluate operational effectiveness.
