Senior Data Center Technician OverviewAs a Senior Data Center Technician, you will act as a point of escalation for L1 associate data center engineers and L2 data center engineers. This position will work directly with our contracted L2 engineers who are responsible for all hardware break fix activities, to ensure SLA’s and KPI’s are met. You will be working directly with the local site supervisor, who will give you direction and assign your workload. The quality of the work performed will have a direct impact on the stability and performance of the company's enterprise computer systems. Being a global company, down-time is measured in minutes, so responsiveness and effectiveness during system outages are critical.
