Sr DFT Engineer
Alphawave SEMI is seeking experienced engineers for our DFT methodology group. Join a team that powers data‑driven technologies in data centers, networking, AI, 5G, autonomous vehicles, and more.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support DFT flows for all company business units.
- Architect RTL‑centric, shift‑left DFT environments across IPs, chiplets, and SoCs.
- Create automated verification benches, static design checks, formal and sequence‑based verification.
- Build IP/block and SoC‑level scan insertion flows, script ATPG retargeting, and implement QoR checks.
- Write timing constraints, issue waivers, and design robust timing‑check flows.
- Hire, train, and lead DFT engineers to meet the company roadmap.
