Sr Director, Network Policy DevelopmentJob Description:
This role is responsible for leading a team of legally trained professionals in drafting and developing Discover Payment Network Operating Regulations and related publications, partnering with accountable executives to develop new network policies, ensuring rules are accurate, consistent and transparent. Regularly influencing and engaging with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring internal rule change management, submission and approval processes are followed and appropriately documented.
Responsibilities:
Policy Development – Draft, maintain and modernize network policies, operating rules and related publications, applying legal training to ensure clarity, enforceability and alignment with regulatory and contractual requirements.
