Job Purpose
The Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing electrical systems and hardware solutions for complex manufacturing products. This role involves leading technical problem-solving initiatives, ensuring high-quality electrical designs for new product introductions (NPI), and supporting organizational goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Develop, review, and modify electrical design plans, schematics, and wiring diagrams using advanced CAD/EDA tools.
- Technical Problem Solving: Identify root causes of complex electrical failures and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) using engineering principles.
- Project Leadership: Lead electrical engineering work packages for major projects, providing feedback on timescales, progress, and resource allocation to management.
