What success looks like in this role:
Key Responsibilities:
·Collaborate with architects, technical leads, and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
·Independently manage tasks, deliverables, and timelines.
·Design and develop application integrations and configure software for deployment.
·Create system documentation and train support teams.
·Develop and execute system test plans.
·Provide deep technical support, including integrations with India’s Cleartax government systems and Oracle Fusion applications.
·Manage release processes and maintain deployment knowledgebase.
·Participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation.
Required Skills:
·Minimum 4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
oFunctional Knowledge of D365 Modules
oIntegrating PowerApps and Power Automate with Dynamics
oTask Recording & UAT Preparation
