Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of duties, including but not limited to servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing and removing equipment.
• Troubleshoots technical problems and issues and recommends actions to company or customer representatives.
• Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
• Acts as local on‑site representative to the customer’s organization.
• Provision of data and service reports.
• Reports to the Regional Manager; is supervised by a Local Lead Technician.
• Troubleshoot and identify hardware errors.
• Responds to any trouble calls from within the customer.
• Hardware replacement.
• Run tests after solution implementation.
