**Job Summary**
As the Senior Human Resources Business Partner you will recommend, plan, implement and coordinate a wide variety of Human Resource programs and policies and day-to-day personnel activities in accordance with legal, local, divisional and corporate guidelines.
Additionally, you will provide support in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, training, and special projects.
Assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings.
You will also prepare reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs.
