Senior Lead Software Engineer (VP) – Buenos Aires
We have an amazing opportunity for a highly motivated individual in our Buenos Aires Technology Center. As a Senior Lead Software Engineer (VP) you will be responsible for managing the Buenos Aires MDL Engineering team (7 Engineers) and collaborating with colleagues in the US, UK & India to define and drive forward the strategic Data Mesh Strategy within CIB Markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, delivery, and deployment of high‑performing applications to meet the needs of Markets Business, including AIML use cases.
- Drive the Markets Data strategy of the transition from Authoritative Data Stores (ADS) to a Data Mesh Architecture.
- Communicate directly with stakeholders to create the best products through direct collaboration.
