The Senior Manager HSEE leads the overarching HSEE agenda for Own Operations, ensuring the implementation and alignment of global planning standards, coordination frameworks, and strategic guidelines. Acting as representative of HSEE orchestrator, the Sr. Manager drives cross‑functional collaboration, managing complex projects and strategic initiatives in partnership with diverse teams. The position plays a pivotal role in guiding transformation—embedding continuous improvement, elevating performance, and fostering a culture of safety, sustainability, and operational integrity across DCs, Offices and Retail.
