Job Description

Vuori is seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner to serve as our first in-country P&C leader in China. This role will partner closely with the General Manager, China and local leadership team, while acting as a liaison to our global P&C organization based in the ; 

As we expand our retail and corporate presence in China, you’ll build the foundation of our local People & Culture function designing people strategies, developing programs and workforce plans that support both immediate business needs and long-term growth. You’ll create scalable processes, ensure compliance with local legislation, and deliver a thoughtful, consistent employee experience aligned with Vuori’s values and culture.
