This position is a key leadership role within the Mexican Engineering team with responsibility for the Mexico Amazon Customer Fulfillment (CF) & Transportation Services (ATS) region. The successful candidate will be an experienced Engineering Manager with proven Project Management skills, demonstrated leadership of remote teams across multiple locations, and a track record of navigating complex situations and dealing effectively with ambiguity. This role is responsible for providing a safe working environment for Amazon associates and all aspects of engineering infrastructure, statutory compliance, preventative and reactive maintenance at specific nodes of our CF and ATS.
The person will be a role model in setting a high bar for performance within their team, supported by clear goals for each team member. A strong and engaging people manager with exceptional communication skills; this person must be capable of leading and inspiring remote teams, ensuring ali...
