About the Role
As the Sr. Manager for Equipment Maintenance Engineering, you will lead the team responsible for ensuring optimal performance of manufacturing equipment. You will drive machine efficiency, oversee maintenance operations, and implement continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a culture of collaboration, development, and operational excellence.
