Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (Master's preferred) 5-10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering Strong background in electrical systems (control panels, MPDUs, PLCs, wiring, sensors, motion control) Expert competency with IPC-A-620C standard Knowledge of CAD packages (AutoCAD, Autodesk, SolidWorks) and manufacturing systems (ERP, MES) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Proficiency in quality tools (SPC, CAPA, 8D, root cause analysis) and quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100) Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies Ability to travel up to 15% Responsibilities:
