**Skills, **abilities and experience**:
- In-depth knowledge of Lean/7 waste concepts
- Experience in Continuous Improvement Projects (Kaizen)
- Knowledge of process control tools (SPC, histograms, ANOVA)
- High experience in the use of problem solving tools (Pareto analysis, 5 Why's, 6 Sigma, A3s,)
- Experience in administration of capacity matrices.
- Experience in balancing lines and demand leveling.
- Proven experience in calibration of control valve instrumentation (using HART devices is helpful).
- Knowledge of the requirements and foundations of the ISO ****:**** certification.
- Basic knowledge of Safety, Ergonomics and accident prevention concepts.
- Knowledge of elaboration of process routes and costing by standards.
