About the Role
The Maintenance Electrician is a multi-functional technician responsible for effectively maintaining building systems and infrastructure in optimal condition.
- Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration, material handling and conveyance systems, robotics; walls and flooring; installed fixtures; roofing systems; lighting, etc.
