We are seeking a Senior MERN Stack Developer with strong technical expertise and leadership abilities to join our growing team at Datanova. The ideal candidate will not only be an expert in building scalable web applications using the MERN stack but also possess excellent client communication and team management skills.
Tasks
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Lead project execution, ensure timely delivery, and maintain coding best practices.
- Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, QA, PMs) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
