SR MGR OPERATIONS

Job Description

This role is the key leader responsible for overseeing all Plant Operations including; Supply Chain, Procurement, Environmental health and Safety, Manufacturing Engineering and Operational Excellence. The Plant Manager will be a key staff position tasked with developing a comprehensive Operations strategy / plan and executing the plan in a disciplined manner and in line with TE Operating Advantage (TEOA), lean, principles. This role is responsible to ensure company and functional goals are achieved and to ensure accountability of his/her team.
