Leads enterprise batch operations across ETL and Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms, ensuring high availability, operational reliability, and resilience of critical data processing and file transfer workloads. The role is responsible for driving modernization, automation, and continuous improvement across batch operations, while aligning with organizational standards for governance, security, and scalability.Key Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end batch operations (ETL & MFT) with strong focus on reliability and SLA adherence
Drive modernization (cloud adoption, event‑driven patterns, reduced batch dependency)
Lead automation initiatives (self‑healing, auto‑recovery, workflow optimization)
Govern incident, problem, and change management for batch platforms
Strengthen resiliency & DR readiness through TRR exercises and risk remediation
