The Sr Chiller Engineer is a strategic role responsible for driving site-wide operational excellence, continuous improvement, and capital project execution. The role demands a strong character with the ability to lead change, challenge the status quo, and foster a culture of discipline and innovation. Key responsibilities include leading labor efficiency efforts, automation integration, and Industry 4.0 initiatives to optimize performance and align with corporate growth objectives.
Responsibilities- Lead Lean Manufacturing deployment across the plant using tools such as 5S, SMED, Standard Work, Kaizen, and Visual Management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to production and maintenance teams.
- Drive transformation projects focused on headcount efficiency, automation, and plant digitization.
