About You
You will help our partners succeed in our ecosystem by moving them through the vendor lifecycle while ensuring our catalog remains high-quality, current, and valuable for our marketplace customers and their end customers.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working cross-functionally, and excited about building and scaling an ecosystem.
What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact
Partner Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
- Discover new partner/deal categories to onboarding into the ecosystem.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners into Builtfirst.
- Maintain accurate partner status classification.
- Develop and manage processes to graduate partners from Basic → Preferred → Pro.
- Ensure listings, deals, and metadata remain accurate and up to date.
- Maintain a high-quality Builtfirst Catalog that marketplace admins trust.
