Impact ECS (Product Costing) Engineer role is a key position in the Renesas IT organization to support Product Costing for all aspects of SAP and other Finance Business applications. This role collaborates with other FI SAP Analysts to assist the business users with their ongoing operations. Supporting the business analyst in collecting business requirements, providing design proposals that suit the business needs, doing the required SAP configurations, writing detailed specifications for custom program development, support the business in testing and applying the automated solutions.
Role and responsibilities:
Understand issues reported by business users, analyze the root cause, and work closely with them to resolve the problems.
Review, understand, and maintain queries and scripts within the ImpactECS model.
Read and interpret SQL/ImpactECS queries and clearly explain the logic to business teams when needed.
