Leading a project team to develop and transfer new optical components to high volume manufacturing.In charge of budget, timelines, resources and overall risk management.Responsible for project controlling and reporting.Close collaboration with customer and internal stakeholders.Work cross-functionally with multiple groups including NPD, NPI, R&D, Quality, SCM, Purchasing and Manufacturing to achieve all needed deliverables during the different project phases and to achieve final project KPIs (quality, cost, product performance).Summarize complex problems, develop actions to address them, and build consensus across teams to drive for solutions.Leading of task forces to overcome quickly critical issues during the product development phase.Reporting status of project to senior management (internal and customer).Your Profil...
