Job Description
We’re looking for a Python backend developer to join a U.S. startup building a social app.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Integrate with third‑party services and internal systems.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA to deliver features end‑to‑end.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of backend services.
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain high code quality standards.
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python.
- Solid hands‑on experience with FastAPI.
- Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
- Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
