• Product audit process and Out of Box Audit (OOBA)
• Incoming inspection process
• Process audits
• Return Material Authorization (RMA)
• Corrective Action Reports (CARs)
• Supplier rejection follow‑up (DMR)
• Failure Analysis (FA)
• Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control
• UL and Compliance
• Acts as a backup for the Quality Engineer
• Personnel management
• Kaizen events
• 40% office work, 60% operations floor presence
• Supplier visits as needed
