Description

• B.S. in Engineering, preferably ECE, Chemical, Manufacturing, Electrical and Mechanical degree


• With at least 12 years FA-REL working experience or related experience with Electronics/Semiconductor company.


• Knowledgeable in Manufacturing flow, Non‑destructive failure analysis such as: X‑ray, SAM (Scanning Acoustic Microscopy), X‑ray, High magnification & low magnification external inspection, Non‑contact measurement, Destructive testing for failure analysis such Can interpret reliability test Knowledgeable in Capacity Planning of machine and manpower.


• Knowledgeable in MS Office Knowledgeable in ISO/IEC 17025:2017 is an advantage


• Keen to detail, work with minimum supervision, with good analytical and critical thinking.


• Can effectively communicate.
