Sr Sales Training & Development Specialist Brampton

DHL Express Canada is seeking a Sr. Sales Training & Development Specialist in our National Office in Brampton, ON.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the onboarding program for current employees and newly promoted employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the company and into a new role.
• Create and update onboarding materials, including welcome kits, training manuals, and orientation schedules.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers, HR, IT, and other departments to ensure all necessary equipment, resources and access are provided to new hires.
• Conduct training sessions to introduce new employees to our sales knowledge, processes and tools.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding program, making adjustments as needed to improve the experience.
• Provide ongoing support to employees during their initial months with the company or in their new role, addressing any questions or concerns.
