Responsibilities:
License & Subscription ManagementSupport central, regional, and local IT organizations with Salesforce license requirements, acting as the primary advisor for license usage, allocation, and consumption.Collect, validate, and consolidate monthly license and subscription needs; prepare and maintain provisioning tables for the company and affiliated entities.Process additional license orders, request quotations from vendors, and maintain accurate change logs to document license adjustments.Monitor and report on license consumption, identifying discrepancies, underutilization, and opportunities for optimization.Forecasting & Cost OptimizationLead in annual planning cycles by estimating future license and subscription needs in line with business growth and budget requirements.Prepare consolidated forecasts of Salesforce software licenses.Work proactively to identify cost optimizatio...
