Software Engineer - Tech Lead We are seeking a Software Engineering Tech Lead to provide technical leadership for a product-focused engineering team.

This role is intentionally balanced between hands-on development and team leadership, and you will be actively writing production code as a core part of the job.

Roughly half of your time will be spent partnering with Product and Design to shape requirements, design solutions, and unblock engineers.

The remaining time will be dedicated to individual contribution, directly building and maintaining high-quality software alongside the team.

This is a leadership role, not a people-management role.

You will lead through technical excellence, clear communication, and ownership rather than through formal performance management.
